I loved the detailed care! My room had all the amenities, from toothpaste to tea, making it comfy. 🚿 the gym was small and lacked some machines. Overall a neat stay for one night!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to

assist with our requests. The fitness room and rooftop pool were great additions, although the hotel is located in a quieter part of the city. Perfect for airport access, but be prepared for potential noise from the nearby mosque during the early morning hours.

I had a decent stay, but the smell of smoke was quite off-putting. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious enough for a comfy night.

No towels provided during my stay!!! TV sets in the room were useless as they couldn't show any channels!!! My family was expecting a double bed, but we were stuck with two singles and an uncomfortable gap!!! Dirty towels and a grimy bathroom are unacceptable.

the hotel has a great location near city center. the bathrooms need urgent upgrades.

The breakfast spread was decent 🍽️, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Haytham at the reception. The gym and sauna were enjoyable, making our stay relaxing overall.

The room was super comfy and spacious, just what I needed for a relaxing night. Everything was clean, and I loved that they provided little details like water, tea, and toiletries. The bed was nice and cozy, which helped me sleep really well. Plus, the blackout curtains were a lifesaver—complete darkness made it perfect for resting. No noise from outside either. My only hiccup was that the TV didn’t really show any channels, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it was a good stay!

It was just a strong match for a relaxing holiday in Dubai with good value. The shower had tape holding it together, which was a bit concerning. Make sure to bring your own towels before checking in.

the staff here r very professional and polite, which is a big plus! breakfast is decent and we loved the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. also, their tourism services r excellent, they really helped us plan a few activities! has a nice family vibe!

the location could be better, not much to do around here. also, beware of their strict no alcohol policy, kinda annoying.

The Park Hotel Formerly Al Jawhara Gardens offers comfortable and peaceful stays with well-equipped rooms featuring marble tile floors, minibars, and flat-screen TVs. The location is fantastic with easy metro access just a 9-minute walk away. A delicious breakfast with fresh egg options.

Check-in took quite a while.
